1. General

These terms govern the use of bitstick.fi and all BitStick products and services, including hardware sales, miner hosting and consulting. Content on this site is general information only and is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

2. Assumption of risk

The customer bears the full and sole risk of all mining activity. Cryptocurrency mining income depends on factors outside BitStick's control, including coin prices, network difficulty, protocol changes, halvings, pool performance and regulation. Any figures, calculators or examples on this site are estimates only. BitStick gives no guarantee of profitability, income, uptime or return of investment, and past results do not predict future results. Cryptocurrency values can fall to zero.

3. No liability for losses

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BitStick shall not be liable for any losses — including lost mining income, lost profits, loss of cryptocurrency value, downtime, data loss, hardware wear, or indirect and consequential damages — arising from the use of our website, products or services. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, BitStick's total aggregate liability is limited to the amount the customer has paid to BitStick for the product or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, or mandatory statutory consumer rights.

4. Hardware sales

Prices are shown in USD, are updated periodically and may change with market conditions until an order is confirmed. In-stock hardware ships to Finland in approximately 7–14 days; availability is confirmed by email before payment. Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty (typically 180 days); BitStick assists with warranty claims but is not the warrantor. Risk in the goods transfers to the customer on delivery.

5. Hosting services

Hosting is billed as metered electricity ($0.08–0.09/kWh) plus a per-machine monthly hosting fee quoted before the contract starts. Electricity and hosting fees are payable in full regardless of mining profitability. The customer retains ownership of hosted hardware. BitStick may suspend machines for unpaid invoices, safety reasons or maintenance; scheduled maintenance and reasonable downtime do not create a right to compensation. Force majeure events — including power grid failures, natural events and regulatory action — suspend BitStick's obligations for their duration.

6. Trading bot subscription

The BitStick trading bot is a subscription service at $10/month, billed monthly. The bot places and cancels orders on the customer's own KuCoin account using API keys the customer creates and enters themselves in the customer dashboard at dash.bitstick.fi, where trading activity can be followed. Customers must grant trade permission only and keep withdrawal permission disabled; BitStick will not accept keys with withdrawal rights and can never take custody of or transfer customer funds. Automated trading can produce losses; BitStick gives no guarantee of trading results, and the subscription fee is payable regardless of results. Either party may cancel by email, effective at the end of the current billing period. The customer is responsible for their KuCoin account, its terms of service, applicable taxes and the security of their own credentials.

7. Affiliate disclosure

Some links on this site, including KuCoin links, are partner links. Registering or purchasing through them may earn BitStick a commission at no extra cost to you.

8. Privacy policy

This website does not set cookies and does not run analytics or tracking scripts. When you contact us or place an order by email, we process the details you provide (name, email, delivery address, order contents) only to handle your order, hosting contract or inquiry, and we retain them only as long as accounting law requires. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page) for security. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties beyond what delivery and payment processing require. To access or delete your data, email info@bitstick.fi.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are settled in Finnish courts, without prejudice to a consumer's right to use the Consumer Disputes Board.
